Il corso settimanale organizzato dal Dottorato in Biotecnologie
Mediche "*Biophysical
Methods for Protein Quality Control and the Study of Protein-Ligand
Interactions*" si terrą dal *3 al 9 giugno*, per un totale di 15 ore
(inizio lezioni ore 10:00, locandina in allegato).
La partecipazione č aperta a tutti gli interessati. Un certificato di
partecipazione sarą fornito previo richiesta.
Per i dottorandi fuori sede, sarą possibile partecipare da remoto (scrivere
a jddocquier a unisi.it per ulteriori informazioni).

The course "*Biophysical Methods for Protein Quality Control and the Study
of Protein-Ligand Interactions*" organized by the Doctoral School in
Medical Biotechnologies will be held on *June 3-9* (lessons will start at
10:00 AM; total, 15 hours; see attachment for further details).
Anyone interested is welcome to attend. A certificate of attendance will be
provided upon request.

*Programme*
The course will cover the principles and applications of spectroscopic
techniques, light-scattering methods (dynamic and static), differential
scanning fluorimetry, kinetic-based methods (surface plasmon resonance,
biolayer interferometry), thermodynamic approaches (isothermal titration
calorimetry) and equilibrium-based techniques (microscale thermophoresis)
in the study of protein folding, stability, formulation and interaction
with ligands (see attached document for the detailed programme).
