Programma:
Short summary of the fundamentals of enzyme kinetics.
Methodologies for the study of enzyme kinetics: inactivation, the 
reporter substrate method, stopped-flow and T-jump methods.
Cooperativity and allosteric phenomena.
Control of metabolic pathways.

A review on Protein Folding, from the 1960s to these days.
Analysis of protein thermal stability.
Analysis of protein folding kinetics.
Quality control of purified proteins.
