Unit dell’AOU
Senese, di cui è responsabile il prof. Nicola Giordano, <span
style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>organizza per il giorno
02/04/2016 il “Raynaud
Day (mani fredde)”. Tale giornata sanitaria vuole rappresentare
un servizio di
screening del Fenomeno di Raynaud, offerto gratuitamente alla
popolazione di
Siena.</span><span
style="font-size:10.0pt;mso-fareast-language:IT"> Il fenomero
di Raynaud può essere il primo segno di una malattia del
connettivo, in
particolar modo della sclerodermia, e può precedere anche di
anni lo sviluppo
della malattia, la cui diagnosi precoce è essenziale per tentare
di bloccarne
il decorso clinico. </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span
style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span><br>
La giornata si articolerà come segue: <br>
- n 2 ambulanze e n 2 gazebo, gentilmente concessici dalla
Pubblica
Assistenza di Siena e dall’Arciconfraternita di Misericordia ed
Istituzioni
Riunite in Siena, verranno posizionati uno in piazza Salimbeni
ed il secondo presso
l’Unicoop Firenze “Le Grondaie” di Siena. <br>
- I cittadini che vorranno accedere verranno sottoposti a
visita medica
ed esame capillaroscopico (tramite videocapillaroscopio,
gentilmente concessoci
dalla DS Medica S.r.l). <br>
- I soggetti che presenteranno un quadro clinico e
capillaroscopico alterato
o sospetto verranno poi indirizzati presso la Scleroderma Unit
dell'AOUS, onde
completare il percorso diagnostico. <br>
- La visita medica e <span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>l’esame
capillaroscopico
verranno eseguiti dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 18:00.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

medico che
effettuerà le visite e le indagini capillaroscopiche saranno:

gentilmente
concessaci dalla Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, ci sarà un
incontro tra i
responsabili della Scleroderma Unit e la popolazione senese. In
tale occasione
la sig.ra Anna Conte, scrittrice lucana affetta da patologia
reumatica,
presenterà il suo libro "Tacco 12".<o:p></o:p></span></p>
